• Users under 18 years of age should use the platform with parental or legal guardian consent where required.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Notify BilltroCare immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use only one personal account unless otherwise authorized.

BilltroCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Browse laboratory tests and health packages.
• Book laboratory appointments.
• Schedule home sample collection, where available.
• Receive digital laboratory reports.
• Manage appointments.
• Access laboratory information.
• Make online payments, where supported.

Additional services may be introduced over time.

BilltroCare is a technology platform that connects patients with partner diagnostic laboratories.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• BilltroCare does not perform laboratory testing.
• BilltroCare does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Laboratory tests, reports, and medical interpretations are solely the responsibility of the respective partner laboratory and its licensed healthcare professionals.

Users are responsible for:

• Booking appointments using accurate information.
• Arriving at the selected appointment time.
• Following instructions provided by the laboratory.

Appointment availability may change based on the partner laboratory’s schedule. BilltroCare cannot guarantee appointment availability at all times.

Where online payment is available:

• Payment must be completed before confirmation unless the laboratory offers alternative payment methods.
• Prices displayed are determined by the respective laboratory unless otherwise specified.
• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the laboratory.

Generally:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may qualify for a refund, subject to laboratory policy.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for refunds.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information.
• Use the platform lawfully.
• Respect healthcare providers and staff.
• Keep your account secure.
• Use BilltroCare only for legitimate healthcare purposes.

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Interfere with platform security or performance.
• Misuse laboratory services.
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit BilltroCare content without permission.
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the platform.

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

All content on BilltroCare, including:

• Logos
• Software
• Interface designs
• Graphics
• Branding
• Source code
• Documentation

is the intellectual property of Sevrum Technology Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using BilltroCare, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described in that policy.

BilltroCare does not sell your personal information to third parties.

BilltroCare may integrate with third-party services including:

BilltroCare is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by these third-party providers.

We strive to provide reliable services. However, BilltroCare does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

• Third-party service outages

We will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BilltroCare shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by partner laboratories.
• Incorrect laboratory reports.
• Medical decisions made by healthcare providers.
• Missed appointments due to incorrect user information.
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Our responsibility is limited to providing the digital platform that facilitates healthcare services.

BilltroCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraudulent activity.
• Abuses the platform.
• Compromises the security or integrity of the system.

Users may also request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

BilltroCare may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website, application, or email where appropriate.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from use of BilltroCare shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.
